Week on the Homestead – September 1, 2015
A busy week at our little “homestead” in town. We have had a project looming over us and it was just time to begin the work. At the edge of our property we have an easement where we can park our second car and utility trailer. But in order to use it the existing fence had to be taken down and rebuilt on the other side of the easement –
New fence post holes, new fence posts and rebuild the fence -which we had to “unbuild” first!!

Along with the fence building we had the last of the plums to take care of. Beautiful juice from these large deep purple plums – jelly next week!!

A quick trip to a view a just finished home at the beach – and a 75th birthday party for a good friend – busy week.
